Billy Rovzar takes Juliantina seriously

Billy Rovzarcontinues to work on the story about the Juliantina , the youthful couple born from the telenovela"Amar a muerte"and starringBárbara LópezandMacarena Achaga.

“We are full with choosing that story, we have spent a long time because we take this process very seriously. Next Tuesday Leonardo Padrón (writer of 'Amar a muerte') is coming and we are going to sit down with him (the Juliantinas call him 'Papá Padrón') and we are going to pin the story we want to tell and wait, because I'm telling him a story to millions of Juliantinas, and all those Juliantinas have a story in their head, so how do you hit as many as possible? "he asks.

There he assured that the type of stories that interest him are those that show the world and all the possible ways of loving. When it comes to storytelling, Rovzar says, he has never run into walls of machismo or homophobia.

“I don't know if there has been (homophobia) at the time of receiving them and it's okay, if that Mexico exists, I don't see it, and I will make content so that homophobic Mexico never wins, I will make content for the public that does see a man and a woman or man and man, all the flavors that human beings have; I want to live in a Mexico like that, therefore I decide to see Mexico like that, ”he says.
